Aston Carter is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL. The position leads AP processes, supports travel and card programs, and mentors a five-person team.

You will partner with finance and treasury to drive efficiency and controls while maintaining exceptional service levels in a fast-paced environment. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers on-site and remote work balance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience with p-cards and corporate payment processing.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; Concur and corporate card programs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; proficient with Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead payment processing activities including ACH and wire transactions, reconciliations, and banking relationships.
• Manage vendor and internal customer support for timely issue resolution and service excellence.
• Oversee travel, purchasing card programs, expense audits, and policy compliance.
• Coach and develop 5 team members and foster a high-performance culture.
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and identify AP efficiencies.
• Partner with finance, treasury, and stakeholders to support operational excellence.
