365 Equipment & Supply, a division of Pepper Construction, seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst in Des Plaines, IL. The role is four days onsite and one day remote, focusing on full-cycle AP, vendor management, and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in AP, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and accounting systems. Competitive benefits and 401(k) match offered.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years of accounts payable or related financial experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable activities including invoice processing, coding, approval routing, payment processing, and record retention.
• Review and process vendor invoices to ensure compliance with policies, approvals, documentation, account coding, and tax requirements.
• Maintain vendor master records, including vendor setup, updates, supporting documentation, and account maintenance.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding accounts payable issues promptly.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, posting activity, and GL entries.
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders on payment inquiries and account issues.
• Process equipment-related transactions, truck time billing, credit card reconciliations, and other project accounting activities.
• Support ERP implementation and process improvements as needed.
