ENTACT, LLC in Westmont, IL seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk to process expense reports, enter invoices, and assist with check runs in a primarily office-based role. Training will occur on-site five days a week and may shift to a hybrid arrangement (2–3 days in office) after successful completion.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years AP experience, proficiency with accounting software, and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Viewpoint and PO/Subcontracts is a plus.

Formación

• 2–3 years accounts payable experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting software, Word, Excel, 10-key and other general office equipment required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Viewpoint Accounting program a plus
• Knowledge of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts a plus

Responsabilidades

• Process expense reports.
• Assist with weekly check runs.
• Maintain hard copy filing system.
• Enter accounts payable invoices.
• Other duties as assigned; manage workload and deadlines.
