Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 3–5 years of accounts payable, accounting, or related financial experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, accounts payable processes, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, accounting systems, databases, and spreadsheet analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable activities including invoice processing, coding, approval routing, payment processing, and record retention.
• Review and process vendor invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and tax requirements.
• Maintain vendor master records, including vendor setup, updates, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH), postings, and GL entries.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries and invoice status.
