Job summary

A&CO is seeking an Account & Operations Coordinator in Los Angeles. This hybrid, entry–mid level role supports client coordination, research, onboarding, and internal operations across multiple accounts.

The candidate should be organized, curious, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll work across Google Workspace, HubSpot, and other tools to keep projects on track, schedule meetings, prepare materials, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide account backup and client coordination across assigned clients.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and maintain smooth client workflows.
• Track deliverables, draft agendas, manage follow-ups, and ensure details stay on track.
• Support onboarding for new clients by setting up folders, agendas, tools, and documentation.
• Assist with research, outreach, and pipeline management across client accounts.
