Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Vancouver, WA. You will support the Finance department by accurately processing, recording, reconciling, and maintaining financial transactions and related records.

This role also covers AP, AR, payroll, benefits, tax documentation, refunds, and general bookkeeping. This hybrid position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently

Formación

• Associate degree or professional certification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position with focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with financial spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily check deposits and verify credit card deposits for accuracy and recording.
• Enter accounts payable invoices, process payments on time, and maintain AP aging reports.
• Prepare journal entries and support documentation; maintain AP files for audits.
• Maintain W-9/W-8 tax documentation for 1099/1098 reporting.
• Prepare and process payroll including related reporting and administration.
• Support employee benefit plan administration (401(k), medical, dental).
• Prepare, review, and submit sales and use tax filings on deadlines.
