Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accountant II based in Vancouver, WA operating in a hybrid model with three days in the office. You will own payroll for about 200 employees across multiple states, manage full-cycle AP, and partner with the Corporate Controller and VP of Finance & Operations to drive process improvements and more accurate reporting.

You will collaborate with manufacturing operations, purchasing, and finance teams to strengthen workflows and provide month-end

Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now.
• Full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll environments.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including voucher processing, check runs, and accrual support.
• Support AP training, cross-coverage, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with production, purchasing, and finance teams to strengthen workflows.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities and payroll-related reporting.
