• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll, audit timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with payroll vendors.
• Prepare payroll tax filings, W-2s, 1099s, and required state and federal reporting.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Record journal entries, maintain general ledger accuracy, and assist with month-end reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and support internal departments with accounting-related inquiries.
