Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions in Austin, TX is hiring an Assistant Controller – Accounting Operations to lead AP/AR, billing, cash application, and related processes. This role combines hands-on management with process improvement and strong internal controls in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

You will manage a transactional accounting team, drive automation, support monthly close, and partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize working capital and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting with AP/AR scope.
• 2+ years of people leadership preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel; automation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP/AR, billing, collections, cash application, and related processes.
• Drive internal controls, process improvements, and automation.
• Manage and coach AP/AR team; support close activities and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on working capital and analytics.
