Dover Fueling Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking an Assistant Controller – Financial Reporting & Controls to lead regional close, reporting, controls, and compliance. You will work with regional teams, shared services, and external auditors to ensure GAAP-compliant financial results and strong governance in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

The role requires accounting leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive process improvements across ERP and consolidation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Public accounting or manufacturing experience; leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting for regional entities.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and compliance across the region.
• Provide accounting leadership and coaching to regional teams.
• Support ERP/EPM initiatives and cross-functional process improvements.
