Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Austin, TX, hybrid role, seeks an Assistant Controller – Accounting Operations to lead AP/AR, billing, and cash applications across the region. You will drive controls, optimize processes, and mentor a growing accounting team in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the North America Regional Controller, you will partner with Procurement, Operations, Sales, and Service to improve working capital, automate workflows, and support month-end close and audits while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP/AR, billing, collections, cash application, and related transactional accounting processes.
• Support monthly close with focus on AP/AR and accruals.
• Maintain internal controls and drive process improvements across transactional accounting.
• Lead, coach, and develop AP/AR team members and collaborate cross-functionally.
