Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience with AP/AR exposure.
2+ years of people leadership or management experience preferred.
Experience leading process improvements, automation, or system implementations.
Experience with ERP systems and Excel; familiarity with automated workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, cash application, and related transactional processes.
Ensure timely, accurate processing of supplier and customer invoices, receipts, credits, payments, and reconciliations.
Monitor approvals, payment runs, vendor setup, collections activity, dispute resolution, and customer account health.
Develop and monitor KPIs for AP/AR performance, aging, and service levels.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for AP/AR and related teams.
