Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions is seeking a dependable Accounting Clerk to support AR, AP, and purchasing for a fast-paced client in Florida. The role involves invoicing, bill processing, PO management, and reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have AR/AP experience and proficiency with NetSuite and QuickBooks Online, plus strong Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and excellent communication. Hybrid work arrangement (Wed/Thu in-office).

Qualifications

• Prior experience in AR/AP bookkeeping or similar accounting role.
• Hands-on experience with customer invoice entry, vendor bill processing, and PO management.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables and lookup functions.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer invoices and vendor bills accurately.
• Post customer payments and apply to accounts/invoices.
• Create, review, and maintain purchase orders (POs).
• Resolve discrepancies in bills, pricing, quantities, and POs.
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, franchisees, vendors, and teams.
• Follow accounting procedures and internal controls; support special projects.
