Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Accountant in Vero Beach, FL for a direct-hire, hybrid role. You will support AP, AR, and general accounting functions while maintaining precise financial records. The position requires 2+ years of accounting experience and a solid grasp of accounting principles.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and comfortable working across multiple portals including Aruba and Coupa. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day general accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including invoices and payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoicing and cash application.
• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance.
• Perform reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on accounting-related questions.
