Job summary

SUNDEK is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to manage core Accounts Payable, Payroll across multiple entities. The role includes handling AR support and ad hoc financial projects within a growing department.

Initial in-office training with a transition to a flexible hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate has a strong transactional bookkeeping background, multi-entity experience, and a willingness to own daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-charge bookkeeping.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• General office setting experience is preferred.
• Bookkeeping or Accounting college-level coursework or similar preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable for multiple locations across entities and reconcile invoices.
• Process payroll for multiple entities and reconcile payroll data.
• Record customer deposits and assist AR team with invoices and adjustments.
• Support month-end close and bank reconciliation reviews.
