Job summary

Kaseware, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Denver for a hybrid role. The position covers accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger tasks, reporting to the CFO, with a deadline-driven, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include multi-entity accounting, intercompany activity, month-end close, and 1099 filings, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and proactive communication. Denver-based, hybrid schedule, full-time exempt role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, AR/AP, or related accounting roles.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in Sage Intacct contracts module, multi-entity, and multi-currency.
• Working knowledge of AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to organize, analyze, and reconcile financial data.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: code, entry, payment processing, vendor records, tax forms, audit-ready docs.
• Accounts Receivable: invoicing, collecting, aging, multi-currency invoicing, government billing where required.
