SumBridge is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Seattle, WA. This hybrid role supports full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, with emphasis on accurate financial records, timely processing, and internal control improvements.

The position begins as temporary-to-permanent, with potential to convert based on performance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and prior experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or operational accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle AP/AR and account reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable operations, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Administer vendor onboarding and maintain vendor master records, including W-9 documentation and ACH information.
• Support accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment application, and collections support.
• Assist with month-end close activities and audit preparation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, vendors, and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
