Sundek Decorative Concrete Coatings is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to handle full-charge bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable across multiple locations. You will also support month-end close and assist with tax filings.

The role begins in-office during training and onboarding, then transitions to a flexible hybrid schedule as performance demonstrates independence. Prior QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in full-charge bookkeeping.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• General office setting experience is preferred.
• Bookkeeping or Accounting college-level coursework or similar is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle accounts payable for multiple locations, including invoice entry and documentation reconciliation.
• Process invoice payments via check, ACH, or other methods and communicate with vendors as needed.
• Manage monthly credit card allocations and reconcile related expenses.
• Reconcile expense reports and receipts and process payroll for multiple entities.
• Obtain and maintain subcontractor paperwork as required.
• Record customer deposits and support AR with invoicing, credit memos, and corrections.
• Assist with month-end close by researching bank reconciliations and transaction items as requested.
• Provide general accounting support and maintain confidential financial information.
• Support with sales tax filings, 1099 reporting, and organized accounting records.
