Qualifications

• 1–4 years in account management or similar client-facing role.
• Client-first mindset with follow-through on commitments.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and respond promptly to questions.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts at production and editorial levels.
• Monitor service delivery and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and refer them to senior staff.
• Support sales by preparing client materials, scheduling demonstrations, and following up on proposals.
• Assist with renewals and contract administration and track deadlines.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and route promising leads to the right colleagues.
• Keep CRM records current and prepare regular account updates.
