Responsibilities

• Educate customers on OPTIMA program and conduct touchpoint calls.
• Serve as liaison between Digital Inside Sales and Fulfillment/Verification teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service.
• Recommend digital marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention.
• Generate referrals from existing customers and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Renew existing customers when appropriate.
• Consistently achieve sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.
