Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an Account Manager II for our Boston, MA office in a hybrid role. You will partner with Account Executives on client books, manage daily service processes, and support renewal cycles to ensure a positive client experience.

Required is 3+ years of Commercial Risk/Account Management experience, an active Property & Casualty license, and strong Excel, communication, and organizational skills. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance experience, preferably Commercial Risk in an Account Management role.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to present effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on the assigned book of business.
• Manage day-to-day service processes and outputs for clients.
• Support strategic client-facing initiatives and renewals.
• Serve as primary liaison with ACS for applicable processes and billing matters.
• Communicate with clients and account team members to ensure timely information flow.
