Agora Refreshments is seeking an Account Manager in Austin, TX. In a hybrid role, you will manage a portfolio of customers, lead regular meetings, and collaborate with Operations, Service, and Customer Support to ensure exceptional service.

You will drive retention and growth, support renewals, and identify opportunities for additional products and services while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Account Management or related field.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and business reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with key customer contacts and decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs and advocate for solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and drive growth within existing accounts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and maintain accurate CRM records.
