Job summary

Brand Revolution in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client programs across creative, production, and event services. You will partner with the Account Director to manage day-to-day relationships and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding the agency’s standards.

As a trusted advisor, you will guide Account Managers and Coordinators, drive growth opportunities within accounts, and contribute to developing SOWs and budgets for programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management or client services within a digital marketing, creative, events, or video production agency environment, including at least 2 years leading client programs and managing mid- to senior-level client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management systems such as ClickUp, Google, or Hubspot preferred.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and Passport.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, owning communication, documentation, and delivery across programs.
• Develop and execute client strategies that align with business objectives with the Account Director and SVP.
• Lead regular client status meetings and program reviews, owning agendas and follow-ups.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and status reports across multiple programs.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations within scope and budget.
• Lead collaboration with internal departments to keep workflows moving and maintain brand consistency.
• Develop SOWs and budgets for assigned programs and manage program profitability.
