Job summary

Flare, a fast-growing legal-services innovator, is seeking energetic Account Executives for Family or Immigration Law divisions. You will lead the sales cycle, turn warm leads into clients, and work with an expert legal team in a hybrid environment.

If you are driven and customer-focused, you belong with Flare. The role offers a base salary of $50,000 with increases to $55,000 and $60,000 accompanied by an uncapped commission plan and a target total compensation of $80,000–$120,000+.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience in a client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Experience with CRM systems and meeting sales targets.
• Bonus: knowledge of legal, family, or immigration fields.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline from warm leads to closed deals.
• Advise clients collaboratively with legal experts to tailor solutions.
• Hit aggressive sales quotas and contribute to rapid growth.
