Flare, a Scottsdale, AZ-based legal tech company, seeks Account Executives to grow our Family and Immigration law divisions. You’ll own the sales cycle, engage warm leads, and partner with a top-tier legal team to deliver real value.

Expect an uncapped commission plan, starting base of $50,000 with potential increases to $60,000 after one year, plus a hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits. This is a high-energy, high-reward sales role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Proficiency with CRM tools to manage and forecast pipeline.
