Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related discipline + 2 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline highly preferred.
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools – such as Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing, services, financial and other processes of an organization highly preferred.
• This role offers the opportunity to work a hybrid working model.

Responsabilités

• Assist with managing client product and business portfolios.
• Administer client activity: composing client/supplier correspondence, processing orders, maintaining distribution spreadsheets, project tracking, research and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Initiate quotes to support client product requests; receive and process client orders including scheduling shipments via land, air, or sea.
• Own and process ISO forms, RMAs and quality control action plans.
• In ERP (Epicor) capture supporting documentation for orders and portfolios (freight invoices, inventory docs).
• Work with Corporate Departments to ensure timely billing and prompt invoice collection.
