Hire Score LLC is conducting a confidential search for an Account Coordinator in San Diego, CA to support a fast-moving packaging, manufacturing, and distribution organization. You will manage client product portfolios, process orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the order lifecycle.

This role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and comfort working with large SKU catalogs.

Formación

• Strong Excel proficiency with formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs and data organization.
• Ability to manage hundreds/thousands of SKUs and detailed pricing grids.
• ERP systems experience (Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience handling high-volume parts, SKUs, or inventory.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Comfortable interacting with multiple clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities quickly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client product portfolios with accuracy and ownership.
• Compose and manage client and supplier correspondence.
• Process orders, maintain spreadsheets, track projects, and support budget management.
• Coordinate shipments via land, air, or sea.
• Process ISO documents, RMAs, non-conformance reports, and quality action plans.
• Capture freight invoices, inventory documents, and warehouse receipts/releases in the ERP system.
• Partner with corporate departments to ensure timely billing and invoice collection.
• Support multiple sales agents with varying books of business.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, suppliers, warehouse personnel, and corporate teams.
