Job summary

Stephen Gould Corporation seeks a Client Management Specialist in Covington, KY, to manage client product portfolios, process orders, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes communication, detail orientation, accountability, and strong time management as you collaborate across branches, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize service and client satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related discipline + 2 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline highly preferred.
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom.
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing, services, financial and other processes is highly preferred.
• Experience in a corporate sales and service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing client product and business portfolios.
• Administer client activity including composing client and supplier correspondence, processing orders, maintaining distribution spreadsheets, project tracking, research and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Initiate quotes in support of client product requests and process orders including scheduling shipment of goods via land, air and sea.
• Own and process Quality Management Standard documents (ISO forms, RMAs and quality control action plans).
• In ERP Epicor, capture all supporting documentation for orders and portfolios and coordinate product receipt and release from warehouse locations.
• Work with Corporate Depts to ensure timely billing and drive prompt invoice collection.
