Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years relevant experience required; cross-training to cover multiple specialties will be considered.
• No licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, verify insurance, and update demographics with high accuracy.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling across multiple specialties.
• Communicate with patients and families, guiding processes and expectations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve scheduling or registration challenges.
