Job summary

The University of California, Davis invites applications for an Academic Recruitment Analyst 3 in the Office of Academic Personnel. Under the direction of the Department Manager, you will oversee day-to-day faculty recruitment activities and provide high-level analytical support to leadership while liaising with Academic Affairs to interpret policies and implement procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Extensive experience with faculty recruitment and online applications.
• Knowledge of Academic Personnel Manual policies.
• Experience with UC Recruit, MyInfoVault, APHID, Airtable, PeopleSoft, Outlook.
• Strong MS Office skills and data analysis.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
