Job summary

University of California - Davis is seeking an Academic HR Analyst 3 to serve as a recruitment SME and advise on analytics across Faculty recruitment processes. The role partners with Academic Personnel teams and leadership to optimize day-to-day recruitment and policy interpretation.

The position is hybrid (onsite and remote), located in the Education Building area, with a bi-weekly pay range and retirement benefits. Apply by 10/5/2026 for full consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Extensive experience with academic recruitment processes, especially faculty recruitment.
• Knowledge of Academic Personnel Manual policies and bargaining unit contracts.
• Experience with UC Recruit, MyInfoVault, APHID, Airtable, PeopleSoft and Outlook.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication.

• Administrative appointments and reviews support.
• Research, development, and special projects for Academic Personnel.
