Job summary

Haywire in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced server dedicated to delivering memorable Texas-sized dining experiences. You will shine the silver, assist guests with wine pairings, and contribute to a warm, southern hospitality atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of serving experience in high-end casual or fine dining, knowledge of wine and whiskey, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. A Food Handler’s and TABC certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years serving experience, high-end casual or fine dining preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create Texas-sized experiences for guests with hospitality at the forefront.
• Guide guests through dining, recommending wine, whiskey, or cocktails to pair with meals.
• Be the host who ensures regular guests return through attentive service.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
