Haywire is seeking an enthusiastic server to craft memorable dining experiences in Houston. You will shine by guiding guests through wine pairings, whiskey selections, and Chef-inspired meals, while delivering southern hospitality and a polished service style.

This role values English fluency, physical endurance to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds, and a dedication to guest satisfaction. Medical insurance and 401k are available, with growth paths into management for motivated team

Qualifications

• Minimum two years serving in high-end casual or fine dining.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and whiskey preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
