Job summary

Haywire in Plano, TX is seeking a professional server to craft unique Texas-sized dining experiences. The role emphasizes hospitality, wine and whiskey pairing, and guest guidance through a Chef-inspired menu.

You will shine the silver, maintain glassware, and welcome regular guests with southern hospitality. The position requires at least two years of serving in high-end casual or fine dining, with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Ring the dinner bell and warmly welcome guests as they arrive.
• Guide guests through the dining experience and recommend wine, whiskey, or cocktails to pair with meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, cutlery, and glassware, ensuring a premium guest experience.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 poundsMaintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
