Job summary

Haywire in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced server to create unique Texas-sized experiences for guests. You will shine in guest service, guide wine and cocktail pairings, and uphold the restaurant's southern hospitality.

We welcome individuals with at least two years of serving experience in upscale settings, strong English communication, and the ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds. Medical and 401k benefits are available to eligible hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years serving experience in a high-end casual or fine dining setting.
• Wine, and whiskey knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining experiences and guide guests through wine, whiskey, and cocktail pairings.
• Maintain guest comfort, tables, and station setup with attention to detail.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate.

Experience & Qualifications
