Job summary

FB Haywire Uptown is seeking a talented server to join our team in Dallas. You will create unique guest experiences by guiding wine and cocktail pairings, maintaining elegant service standards, and presenting a welcoming, southern hospitality vibe.

We value staff with at least two years in high-end dining, knowledge of wine and whiskey, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Expect steady hours, opportunities for growth, and a team-focused environment in a premier venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years serving experience in high-end casual or fine dining.
• Knowledge of food, wine & whiskey preferred
• Must read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the dining experience and recommend wine, whiskey, or cocktails.
• Provide southern hospitality and be a gracious host for regular guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and farm-to-fork stories to enhance guest experiences.
• Assist with setting up tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring a smooth service.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
