The Haywire & The Ranch brand in San Antonio, TX is seeking our next great server. Our mission is creating unique and special experiences for guests; shine the silver, polish glassware, and open a bottle of the best wine you’ve got—impress guests with southern hospitality.

We value knowledge of Farm to Fork stories, wine and whiskey pairing, and the ability to guide guests through a memorable dining experience. English fluency and at least two years of serving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, & speak English.
• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred.
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the dining experience and recommend pairings.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering attentive service.
• Present and handle wine, whiskey, and cocktails accordingly.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
