Job summary

FB Haywire Uptown, LLC seeks a friendly Host/Hostess to greet and seat guests, delivering true Texas hospitality in a bustling Dallas environment.

You will welcome guests, manage flow during peak hours, and support the team to ensure a memorable dining experience with warm conversation and attentive service.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess or other customer service experience preferred.
• OpenTable experience is a plus!
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm Texas welcome.
• Recognize regular and VIP guests and make them feel at home.
• Ensure first-time guests feel like VIPs from entry.
• Move with a purpose and match guests' pace.
• Highlight special occasions with Texas-style hospitality.
