Job summary

Haywire in Plano, TX, is seeking an experienced server to create unique and special experiences for guests. Shine the silver, polish glassware, and present pairings that complement chef-inspired meals.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of serving experience in high-end casual or fine dining, with knowledge of food, wine, and whiskey. English communication is essential, and physical demands include standing long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred.
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the dining experience, recommending the perfect wine, whiskey, or hand-crafted cocktail.
• Provide southern hospitality and host regular guests.
