Job summary

FB HAYWIRE UPTOWN, LLC is seeking a Line Cook to join our Texas kitchen team and help deliver guest-focused, chef-driven dishes. Expect to read tickets, maintain fast but precise service, and uphold clean, safe, sanitary standards while working with a hospitality-minded crew.

You should have 1–2 years line cook experience (steakhouse a plus), be able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and hold a Food Handler's Certification.

Company's Comin' and that means we need a Line Cook who treats our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms. We are a Texas Tried and Texas True restaurant delivering farm to fork, chef-driven cuisine. We provide a locally sourced menu that guests can depend on every time, so cowboy up - it’s time to impress!

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
