Job summary

The Haywire & The Ranch brand in Dallas is seeking a dependable Line Cook who brings Texas hospitality to the kitchen and helps deliver chef-driven, farm-to-fork dishes daily.

You will read tickets, follow recipes, maintain a clean, safe station, and work with a team to ensure every plate meets our standards. Experience in steak houses is a plus; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years line cook experience; steak house experience a plus.
• Able to read tickets and follow recipes.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Properly use knives and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification.

Responsibilities

Company's Comin' and that means we need a Line Cook who treats our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms. We are a Texas Tried and Texas True restaurant delivering farm to fork, chef-driven cuisine. We provide a locally sourced menu that guests can depend on every time, so cowboy up - it’s time to impress!

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
