Job summary

Haywire & The Ranch in Dallas, TX is seeking a Line Cook to join our team and deliver chef-driven, Texas-sized hospitality. You will help prepare a locally sourced menu with attention to detail, ensuring every item is cooked to perfection and plated consistently.

The role requires 1–2 years of line cook experience, ability to read tickets/recipes, and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds is needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes.
• Stand for long periods and be able to lift minimum 50 pounds.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification.

Company's Comin' and that means we need a Line Cook who treats our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms. We are a Texas Tried and Texas True restaurant delivering farm to fork, chef-driven cuisine. We provide a locally sourced menu that guests can depend on every time, so cowboy up - it’s time to impress!

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
