Job summary

Haywire Memorial City, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Line Cook who brings Texas hospitality to our farm-to-fork kitchen. You will work with a team to ensure dinner-grade dishes are prepared to spec, quickly and consistently.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years line cook experience, ability to read tickets/recipes, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation in a fast-paced environment. We offer benefits including medical insurance and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes.
• Stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification.

Company's Comin' and that means we need a Line Cook who treats our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms. We are a Texas Tried and Texas True restaurant delivering farm to fork, chef-driven cuisine.
