Job summary

The Ranch is seeking a Line Cook to join our Haywire & The Ranch brand, delivering Texas-tied, farm-to-fork cuisine with genuine hospitality in a guest-centered dining room.

You will read tickets, prepare menu items, maintain food safety, and help keep a clean, efficient kitchen. Minimum 1–2 years line cook experience and a current Food Handler's Certification are required.

Company's Comin' and that means we need a Line Cook who treats our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms. We are a Texas Tried and Texas True restaurant delivering farm to fork, chef-driven cuisine. We provide a locally sourced menu that guests can depend on every time, so cowboy up - it’s time to impress!

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
