Job summary

Haywire is seeking a Line Cook to join The Haywire & The Ranch brand in Texas. Ring the dinner bell and bring Texas hospitality to chef-driven, farm-to-fork fare. Our locally sourced menu reflects a Texas tradition and a strong guest focus.

You will work in a Texas Tried and Texas True setting, preparing each item with care, reading tickets, and maintaining a safe, sanitary kitchen. We offer growth pathways into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years line cook experience; steak house experience a plus.
• Must be able to read tickets and recipes.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proper knife usage and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen.

Company's Comin' and that means we need a Line Cook who treats our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms. We are a Texas Tried and Texas True restaurant delivering farm to fork, chef-driven cuisine. We provide a locally sourced menu that guests can depend on every time, so cowboy up - it’s time to impress!

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
