Job summary

Haywire and The Ranch in San Antonio is seeking a dependable Dishwasher who shares our Texas hospitality. You’ll keep plates, glassware, and silverware spotless in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year steward or dishwasher experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels
• Stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, utensils, and cookware clean and organized to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
• Ensure all plates, glassware, and silverware sparkle and are sanitary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house area throughout shifts.
• Follow sanitation procedures and safety guidelines to protect guests and team.
• Balance Texas hospitality with efficient workflow and teamwork.
