Job summary

Haywire & The Ranch is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our busy Dallas kitchen. You will be responsible for keeping all dishes, utensils, and equipment clean and ready for service, maintaining sanitation, and supporting the back-of-house team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of dishwashing experience, a solid understanding of chemical safety, and the physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year steward or dishwasher experience.
• Must read and understand chemical labels.
• Stand for long periods; lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must use knives and other equipment safely.
• Maintain proper sanitation and follow regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keep dish area organized and running smoothly in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ensure all dishes, utensils, glasses, and bowls sparkle and are clean.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen conditions and support team.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred, high volume experience a plus


• Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels


• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs


• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks


• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations
