Job summary

The Haywire & The Ranch brand is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen in Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for maintaining a spotless dish area and ensuring every plate and utensil shines for guests.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of dishwashing experience, can read chemical labels, and maintain sanitation standards. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and hospitality as part of a strong team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred, high volume experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations
