Job summary

Haywire & The Ranch in Texas is hiring a Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred, high volume experience a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels.
• Stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, utensils, and equipment clean and organized.
• Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Assist in back-of-house organization and workflow optimization.
• Help maintain a spotless, efficient dish area aligned with restaurant standards.
• Support the team to balance Texas hospitality with efficiency.

• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations
