Qualifications

• Extensive residential or light commercial HVAC service experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new and developing HVAC service technicians through hands-on field coaching.
• Conduct ride-alongs to evaluate technical skills and customer interactions.
• Teach diagnostic procedures and repair best practices.
• Coach technicians on communication, professionalism, and customer experience.
• Monitor technician development and provide constructive feedback.
• Support service managers in maintaining quality and performance standards.
• Lead classroom instruction and training sessions.
